From measurement of the actual product to production! A case where drawings were created based on data, and the cover was made transparent.
We would like to introduce the processed products made using the transparent PVC provided by our company. Due to the structure of the product, where the internal condition cannot be understood without removing screws, maintenance is poor. We received a request to improve this by making the cover transparent, allowing for visual confirmation. We borrowed the actual product, removed the parts, and measured the dimensions. Based on the measurement data, we officially created the drawings and manufactured the cover. The key point was to carefully consider the areas to be made transparent while disassembling the parts for production.
